Carrie Voigt Schonhoff

Carrie Schonhoff writes of her life in rural Wisconsin and her summer home in North Carolina. With her two children and two Italian greyhound dogs, Carrie has set out to illuminate the world with her powerful words in her poetry. Carrie was widowed in 2012 and that life challenge has taught her many things, some of which she writes about.

Her journey is put on paper in her first book “The Liminal Space” and continues through her second book “The End of the Beginning”, due out in Fall of 2021. When you read Carrie’s poetry, there is comfort knowing that you are seen and you are not alone. She believes we can heal by connecting and understanding one another on a deeper level through poetry.
