Matthew Ryan Robinson

Matthew Ryan Robinson is the author of Redeeming Relationship, Relationships that Redeem: Free Sociability and the Completion of Humanity in the Thought of Friedrich Schleiermacher (Mohr Siebeck 2018) and co-author of Theology Compromised: Schleiermacher, Troeltsch and the Possibility of a Sociological Theology (Lexington/Fortress Academic 2019). He recently co-edited Beyond Tolerance: Schleiermacher on Friendship, Sociability and Lived Religion (De Gruyter 2019) and is editing the series "What Does Theology Do, Actually?", the first volume of which will appear in 2020 (EVA).

He is a research associate in the Protestant Theological Faculty of Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn.
