My passion for writing began while I was serving a 6 year prison sentence in the U.S after being captured in, and extradited from Spain. My first book Phone Pirate was written behind bars and is loosely based on events that led to my arrest. The book is an entertaining and eye opening roller coaster of a ride, although there is a serious message of caution within its pages. Since being released from prison in August 2017 I have been approached by several illegal outfits from various locations around the world, wondering if I’d be interested in joining them. Quite obviously people are still sending huge sums of money to these crooks. If Phone Pirate illuminates and stops one person from falling foul of these scams as many have done over the years, I’ll consider it a success.
