Anne K. Hawkinson

Anne K. Hawkinson was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. The world's largest inland port became her "window to the world" when ships from around the globe crossed under the Aerial Bridge and docked in Lake Superior's harbor. Years later, she'd visit the countries that until then were only dreams and imaginings of faraway worlds and times long ago.

She is a passionate animal and nature lover who writes adventures for young readers and historical romance/drama for adults. Castles and knights? Yes, please!

She also writes about the craft of writing and blogs about the popular Outlander series as well as random topics that strike a personal and passionate chord - ball fringe and chocolate chip cookies? Sure!

When she travels, she’s got a notebook in one hand and a camera in the other.

Anne is a member of the Florida Writer's Association (FWA), Women's Fiction Writer's Association (WFWA), and the Florida Authors and Publishers Association (FAPA).
