Olive Lewis

Olive Lewis is a retired Medical Technologist, author, poet, an avid advocate for the Youth of today and the fifth oldest of thirteen siblings. She has worked with youth for thirty years and resides in Decatur, Georgia, with her sister and mother who will be 98 in March.

She enjoys writing, drawing and woodworking and is a published poet, and author of three book “Three Shades of Blackness, On The Outside Looking In, and Death Had No Face for Me.” She received the International Poet of the Year awards in 2002, 2003, and 2004. She has had devotional thoughts published in a woman’s devotional book. One of the devotional books is called Colors of Grace. She also has about four other books that she is working on and will be publishing them soon.
