Peter Finckler has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, managing director and board member in commercial companies, most recently over 20 years in the IT industry. He is a businessman, academic mental coach and a certified life counselor (Dipl. Lebensberater). He has been working as a leadership coach for 17 years. His core competences are sparring, crisis and conflict management and coaching of top executives. His actual main focus is leadership and cultural development in organisations. He is a recognised Coach of the International Coach Federation and Senior Coach in the DBVC.
