Andy Sheppard helps organisations and their workforces to get the most out of their operations. He turned to writing in order to craft the most effective training materials he could envisage. His first book is The Incredible Transformation of Gregory Todd: a Novel about Leadership and Managing Change, which is currently available in English-language paperback and kindle versions. Set in the author’s native UK, it addresses common challenges that Andy has faced while working in manufacturing facilities across the USA, Asia and Europe.

Andy’s outlook is grounded in the experience he gained on the shop floors of warehouses, factories and oil refineries. He earned degrees in manufacturing engineering from the University of Cambridge and he learnt to navigate corporate environments in Shell and Crown Cork. Then he joined McKinsey & Company, where he witnessed a powerful transformation approach from an unconventional expert and his direction was set. Andy has now spent fifteen years working out sustainable transformation in diverse operations, across four continents. His approach is as much about leadership and change-management as it is about the relevant subject-matter expertise.
