Maria Haskins

Maria Haskins is a Swedish-Canadian writer and translator. She writes speculative fiction and poetry, and debuted as a writer in Sweden in the 1980s. Since 1992 she lives just outside Vancouver, with a husband, two kids, and a very large black dog.

Her short stories have appeared in Flash Fiction Online, StarShipSofa, and many anthologies.

She has had several books published in Sweden, including a novel, a collection of short stories, and three collections of poetry. Her English language debut was the short story collection ODIN'S EYE, published in 2015.
