Laura Kromminga is Program Manager at the Hybrid Finance Initiative, which thrives to help Social Entrepreneurs in developing sustainable business models and getting ready for investment.

She manages the Social Finance Accelerator “Social Innovators” in partnership with Ashoka and UBS, from program design to the facilitation of four of the overall twelve enterprises. On the other hand, she helps develop new tools to help social entrepreneurs individually, the latest being the Social Investment Toolkit, a set of eight modules for enterprises from all sectors and business stages.

Laura has written numerous publications on social finance, include a book on the investment ecosystems of Germany and the UK. She holds a M.Sc. in International Business Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
