Steve Griffin

Steve Griffin writes chilling ghost stories, thrilling young adult adventure, and inspiring poetry.

His most recent book is The Girl in the Ivory Dress, a standalone ghost story in The Ghosts of Alice series. The first book in the series is the bestselling The Boy in the Burgundy Hood, described by Sherry Ross as ‘an eerie but beautiful ghost story’.

Steve’s travels around India, Africa and America - combined with the discovery of a magical garden buried deep in the English countryside - inspired him to write the adventure mystery series, The Secret of the Tirthas. The first book in the series, The City of Light, was described in The Guardian as 'entertaining and exciting'.

His poetry books The Things We Thought Were Beautiful and Up in the Air have both been Amazon bestsellers.

Steve lives in the Surrey Hills with his wife and two sons.
