Tom Vandeputte

Tom Vandeputte is head of the Critical Studies department at the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam, where he also teaches continental philosophy and critical theory. His research focuses on German philosophy from Kant to Benjamin, Frankfurt School critical theory and modern political thought. During the academic year 2020-21, he is a visiting fellow at the University of Cambridge, where he is working on a forthcoming book on Walter Benjamin's political philosophy.
