Luauna Stines

Dr. Luauna Stines is Founder and President of A Touch From Above, LSM Inc. Her goal is to reach the world, and hurting people with her story of God’s amazing grace; a testimony of hope and victory, a murdered husband, betrayal of marriage, and a devastating drug addiction. A drastic change happened in Dr. Luauna Stines’ life when she had a collision with Truth, the Gospel Of Jesus Christ .

She is the author of A Mother’s Story – Part One, A Mother’s Story Part Two, Mission America and Golden Nuggets.

Now ministering over 34 years, Dr. Stines received an honorary doctorate from the I.M.I. Bible College & Seminary; a District Ministerial License from LIFE Bible College of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. She also holds an education certificate in Ministry Training and Development from Oral Roberts University.

Dr. Stines is an Evangelist, Teacher, and Preacher, she has preached the gospel throughout the world, in South Korea, (former) Yugoslavia, Italy, Australia, England, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, Central Africa, and the United States. In her travels, she has also preached for the satellite churches of Dr. Yonggi Cho of the Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, Pusan, Chonju and Inchon, located in South Korea.

Preaching on television in San Diego, California, Dr. Luauna Stines touches the hearts of thousands with a simple pure message, “When You are Hardest Hit, Don’t Quit” A Touch From Above - Dr. Luauna Stines, also ministers on radio every Sunday morning at 9 a.m. on KPRZ 1210 AM in San Diego, California.

She is the founder of Victorious Homes for Men and Women, a discipleship program which has had over 500 men and women come through the program for over 20 years in Colorado, Oregon, and now preparing to open homes in Southern California.

Dr. Stines is building Prayer Mountain, a Christian Prayer Center & Bible School in Ramona, CA, in the heart of San Diego County. She has dedicated 25 acres of land for God’s people to train, learn to pray and trust God to answer all their needs.

Returning from Seoul, Korea with a burden in her heart, “We need a place for God’s people to pray in the USA.” She knew it would take great faith for the walls of prayer to be rebuilt in America. Not just a whisper, but the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man or woman that availeth much. The Prayer Mountain is now being built, and ministers and saints alike are coming to seek the Lord in prayer.
