David Clarkson

Hello, my name is David. I grew up in the North East of England, where I studied English Literature at the University of Sunderland. One day, following a drunken challenge from a friend, I bought a one-way ticket to Australia and spent the following three years travelling the world. During this time, I made friends from all around the world and experienced many different cultures. Upon my return to England, I was inspired to use my travels as a basis for my writing.

All of my books are written in British English and I use a simple, direct style of prose. My stories can be enjoyed by anybody with an intermediate level of English, but if you are unsure, the sample chapters are a good indication of what to expect.
