Rich and his wife Jan have spent their entire married life serving in and around the church.They have spent more than 36 years working in Marriage Ministry and nearly 20 years working with Youth Groups.In addition, both have served in church leadership positions, led Small Group Ministries, and are certified instructors in Leadership, Prayer, Discipleship, and Life Shapes.As they like to remind people, Jan had dark hair when they started down this road and Rich actually had hair!They now lovingly refer to themselves as being “Color Impaired” and “Follically Challenged”!

Rich is an experienced public speaker and acts as an advisor to multi-billion dollar petroleum, real estate, and construction companies.He also functions as a consultant to inventors moving projects from the workbench to the workplace.He is founder and Chairman of Rocks and Sandals Ministries, Inc. which is a multi-faceted service organization dedicated to providing resources to God’s people in need.
