Timothy Matthew Slemmons

Timothy Matthew Slemmons teaches homiletics and worship at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary. His work has appeared in Interpretation: A Journal of Bible and Theology, The Presbyterian Outlook, Theology Today, KOINONIA, Journal for Preachers, and elsewhere. Slemmons' groundbreaking book, Year D: A Quadrennial Supplement ..., advocates for an expansion of the Revised Common Lectionary in order to enhance biblical literacy and bring the fullness of the canon of Scripture to bear on the life and mission of the church in the world.
