Thomas Luke Jarocki

Thomas Luke Jarocki is an accomplished "roll-up-your-sleeves" project manager and change leadership professional. He has logged nearly 25,000 hours working side by side various project teams for clients throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe.

With more than two decades of direct, on-the-ground experience, Thomas has gained the practical know-how and real-world insights often missed by researchers and other academic theoreticians.

He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, Motorola, Chevron, McDonalds, HP, McKesson, Cisco Systems, Kellogg's, PepsiCo, and Microsoft. He has worked with them in the areas of project and program management, organizational/behavioral change management, strategy implementation, project/change leadership, IT User adoption, ERP systems integration, training, and communications.

Before becoming the Managing Director of Emergence One International, Ltd. (www.emergenceone.com), Thomas was the Managing Principal of Organizational Change for Oracle's ERP consulting practice before advancing to another prominent position with a Big Five consulting firm.

Originally from New York, he earned a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Columbia University and served on the social sciences faculty of the University of Maryland, European Division.

Besides his consulting work, Thomas's dynamic presentations have made him a popular speaker and workshop leader with both domestic and international audiences. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and actively promotes a more rigorous approach to managing the human and organizational change factors critical to project success.

When not traveling, he resides in the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area with his lovely wife and two joyously rambunctious children.
