Jochen Peter Breuer, geboren 1956 in Köln, verfügt über 35 Jahre Business-Erfahrung, davon 25 Jahre als Consultant.

Er gilt als Spezialist für Transformationsmanagement, vor allem in einem transkulturellen Umfeld.

1984 gründete er JPB Consulting in Paris; seither hat er mit mehr als 25.000 Managern und Führungskräften bei internationalen Fusionen und Umstrukturierungen gearbeitet.

Seit 2008 ist er Geschäftsführer von Human Esteem to Business Enhancement (he2be) in Lausanne/Schweiz.

Jochen Peter Breuer, began his career in 1975 in a major German investment bank.

In 1984 he created Paris JPB Consulting, a company that is today the leader in the Franco-German business cultural management.

Based on his experience with more than 25,000 managers and executives in international merger process or integration, he became an expert in the management of collective emotions, especially in a cross-cultural context.

He is the author of several books and publications on these topics.

In 2008, he founded Human Esteem to Business Enhancement SA "he2be", based in Saint-Sulpice, Switzerland.

His area of expertise: resolve crisis situations and turn negative emotions into constructive energy, in order to assist businesses achieve their goals efficiently and rapidly.
