Lindy Hughes

After forays into journalism and astrology, and a failed attempt at joining the circus, Lindy taught English literature at the University of South Africa. In 1997, she immigrated to Canada with her family (via Texas) and has since dabbled in dance, yoga and restorative justice. Lindy has a master's degree in psychology and is a certified coach and guided autobiography facilitator. Her workshops inspire writers to colour wildly outside the lines, in unexpected shades. Sometimes they dance, too. Lindy is regularly awestruck by the magic hiding in everyday stories, just waiting to be unleashed.
