Linda Pendleton Bio:

American author, Linda Pendleton has written in a variety of genres: nonfiction, mystery novels, comic book scripting, and screenplays. She coauthored nonfiction and fiction with her late husband, renowned author, Don Pendleton, (known as “the father of the Action/Adventure genre”) including the popular nonfiction book, To Dance With Angels, and Whispers From the Soul. Her other nonfiction books are A Walk Through Grief; Three Principles of Angelic Wisdom; Angelic Whispers of Love; A Small Drop of Ink. Her fiction work includes the Catherine Winter Private Investigator series: Shattered Lens; Fractured Image; and Shifting Focus; her historical novel, Corn Silk Days, Iowa, 1862; the suspense thriller, The Unknown; Sound of Silence; the crime novel Roulette: The Search for the Sunrise Killer by Don and Linda Pendleton; and a novelette, The Masquerading Cowboy. She has also written Introductions to several historical nonfiction books. Her latest novels are Deadly Flare-Up, A Richard McCord novel; The Bold Trail, A Samuel Garrison Western, written under L.R. Pendleton.

A native Californian, Linda is a former member of The Authors Guild, The Authors League, Sisters in Crime, and EPIC Authors. She was an EPIC Award Finalist in 2001 in the Thriller Category for the Novel, Roulette (previous title, One Dark and Stormy Night), and in 2002 was a finalist in the EPIC Nonfiction Philosophy Category for Three Principles of Angelic Wisdom. Shattered Lens, and the Cosmic Breath: the Metaphysical Essays of Don Pendleton with Linda Pendleton, were both EPIC Award Finalist in 2011.

A number of her books will be in the German language.

Although most of her time is devoted to her love of writing, she also enjoys the exploration of her family's genealogical roots.
