Christie Silvers

Christie Silvers is an award-winning, internationally published independent author who has been writing since early childhood. She was born and raised in north Georgia, where she still resides with her husband and three children (one at home, one living on her own with a baby on the way, and the eldest in the military).

Though Silvers has written her whole life, she didn't begin professionally until the age of twenty-nine. At that time, Silvers was writing web content articles, cranking out hundreds on numerous topics, with millions of page views. She soon published a short, humorous parenting book (Toddler Logic: 50 Things Your Toddler Wants You to Know - Out of Print), before jumping into her passion. The paranormal!

Silvers was soon finding her footing in the genre and deep into her Alex & Fiona series. In 2010, she launched the first book in her Liz Baker series, Time for Death. Set in the fictional town of Tremmel Crossing, Georgia, this series currently has seven books available, with more in the planning stages.

Now Silvers is working on the eighth book in her award-winning Liz Baker series. This book is scheduled for release in late 2020/early 2021.

Personally, Silvers is expecting her first grandchild (a boy) in late May 2020 and looks forward to meeting this little person and welcoming a new stage in life.

Professionally, Silvers plans to continue producing books and growing her readership in 2020.

When she isn't writing, Christie works part time at a local herbal supplement shop, reads a lot, and tries to survive the day with wine. :)
