Opens with a 53-page section on 'Restaurants of Elegance', followed by sections on 'Inexpensive Restaurants', 'Foreign Restaurants' and 'Bars', these parts humorously printed on lesser quality paperstock, plus a 44-page glossary of French translations. A very good copy of this quite uncommon personal selection of eateries penned by the noted Left Bank expatriate, and nicely enhanced by the Man Ray drawings.

Through his unwilling but fascinated eyes we watch the revelation of a character incredible for her greed for evil, beneath a surface charm that makes all men accept her at face value.
