Sabrina Echo

Sabrina is a writer, advocate, and mother who knows firsthand that life doesn’t always unfold gently—and that strength is often built in the middle of the mess, not after it.

With a background in mental health and addiction work within the First Nations communities, she has made it her life to walk alongside people in their hardest moments. Her own life has taken her through loss, trauma, and rebuilding, forcing her to confront what it really means to take responsibility for her own healing.

She doesn’t write as someone who has it all figured out. She writes as someone who chose to keep going—who learned that even when life breaks you, you still have a say in what comes next.

Her work is for those who feel stuck in what’s happened to them, carrying a simple truth: bad things happen, but they do not get to decide who you become. There is still a way forward. There is still a life that belongs to you.
