The hypothesized model is tested with the help of structural equation modeling and result partially support. The study could establish direct relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and service quality. The study further suggested, there is significant negative relationship between discretionary treatment, core transformational leadership behavior, job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior and perceived organizational support .The study also indicated that contingent reward leadership behavior and organizational commitment are significantly directly related with organizational citizenship behavior.
