She has built communications functions, advised CEOs and leadership teams, and led communications, public affairs, crisis, reputation, and stakeholder strategies across housing, technology, real estate, clean energy, health, and women’s leadership.

Known for identifying where organizations and systems are stuck, Bobbie works at the intersection of strategy, communications, and stakeholder alignment to move complex initiatives forward.

She founded The Homeownership Collective™ around a simple but overlooked truth: owning a home has become a system to navigate, not just a milestone to achieve. Through the Collective, she is developing education, advocacy, community, and AI-supported decision tools to help homeowners understand complex systems and make stronger decisions earlier.
