Stuttgart, Berlin, and Bavaria are three areas I've visited. The highlight was skiing in Bavaria and staying in a friend’s cabin on the mountain. The food, people, and countryside were all fantastic. I was most impressed with Berlin’s transportation system and wish we had something like that in Seattle.

While traveling in Germany, I attempted to learn the language but was not there long enough. It is not the easiest language to learn! I learned the numbers down so I could at least buy some things in the markets.

I look forward to presenting someday in Germany.

Benjamin Lynch, ND received his Cell and Molecular Biology, BS from the University of Washington and his doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from Bastyr University.

His passion for identifying the cause of disease directed him towards nutrigenomics and methylation dysfunction. Currently, he researches, writes and presents worldwide on the topic of MTHFR, methylation defects and genetic control.
