"Language Learning and the Brain" is my first book. For many years, I have collected data at the University of Victoria where I work as an Associate Professor trying to piece together what actually happens in the brain with all those words when we learn another language. It is like a puzzle where some pieces fit, some don't, until a bit of picture emerges. There is still much more to learn about the brain but I think this book is a good start and a good read for everyone interested in languages.
