Frank Riesner

Frank Riesner ist seit dem Jahr 2002 im Bereich SAP Business Intelligence mit Schwerpunkt SAP Business Warehouse tätig. Als Senior-Architekt und Trainer bei der SAP (Schweiz) AG begleitet er Kundenprojekte als trusted Advisor, unterstützt Vertriebsaktivitäten und tritt als Referent bei Veranstaltungen auf. Frank ist zudem regelmäßig als Trainer für SAP Education tätig und ist für BW/4HANA sowie SAP Business Data Cloud Schulungsinhalte mitverantwortlich.

Frank studierte Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg und war nach seinem Diplomabschluss im Jahr 2002 einige Jahre als Berater für SAP Partnerunternehmen in Deutschland und Ungarn tätig, bevor 2012 seine aktuelle Position bei SAP in der Schweiz antrat.

Frank lebt in Basel; er ist verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder. Seine Freitzeit verbringt er gern im Velosattel oder auf dem Fussballplatz.

Frank Riesner has been engaged in the area of SAP Business Intelligence, focusing on SAP Business Warehouse, since 2002. As a Senior Architect and Trainer at SAP (Switzerland) Inc., he often acts as trusted advisor in customer projects, supports sales activities, and appears at events as a speaker. Frank is also regularly engaged to hold courses by SAP Education and he is also responsible for some training content covering SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Business Data Cloud.

Frank studied Business Informatics at the University of Bamberg, Germany, and after completing his degree in 2002, was employed for a few years as consultant at different SAP partners in Germany and Hungary before taking up his current role at SAP (Schweiz) in 2012.

He lives in Basle and is married with two children. In his leisure time he likes to ride his bike and spends time on the soccer ground.
