Sarah Bartrum

Sarah Bartrum was born in Hertfordshire, UK but spent most of her formative years growing up near Stockport. Here, she and her brothers, had the freedom to explore "Happy Valley" a large river valley area filled with climbable trees, secret places and of course the river.

Sarah studied Education and Maths at Exeter University, spending most of her freetime hanging onto freezing cold rock ledges on the end of a rope. She has travelled all over the world with her lifelong partner Al and summited several of the world's high peaks.
