Toni Rakestraw

Books are my TARDIS. Reading has long been one of my favorite pastimes. I've used books to explore many worlds, and I hope you do, too. Writing and editing are two of my passions, and publishing books is a dream come true.

Born in Renton, Washington, USA, in the old Renton Hospital, when they tore it down and replaced it with a K-Mart, we joked that I was a blue light special. I'm glad to see the investment has finally paid off.

I married my high school sweetheart, John, and moved to Oregon, where I spend my time editing books, writing new stories with my husband, and spending time with our children. Some of my favorite indulgences include Dr. Who (especially Drs 10 & 11), all things Harry Potter, and lilacs. I simply love lilacs.
