A well-presented reissue of the twelve issues of this journal of the Surrealist movement in France, printed in exact facsimile. Text in French. There is some pencil underlining and erudite pencil annotation on several pages translat…ing into English and clarifying some of the obscurer passages. The final three pages have some discolouration to the lower edge. The jacket is sunned at the spine and frayed at the upper and lower edge, with some loss, and some closed tears (now protected in archival sleeve). Otherwise tight and good condition.
