Schils

René Schils (1961) is a scientist at Wageningen University and Research, where he studies nutrient cycling in agricultural systems. In his spare time he writes popular science articles on the natural sciences. If he isn't writing, you're bound to find him cycling, preferably offroad.

The idea for Watt's Copier originated during a normal day at the office. To his surprise, a search entry on 'soil life' brought him to Darwin and his worms. One thing led to another. Dalton, Halley, and many other famous scientists had made amazing discoveries for which they are not known by the general public. A story worth telling.
