Lynn Swanson

Lynn Swanson is a dancer and dance educator who has spent four summers dancing at Interlochen Center for the Arts in the U.S. She holds a BFA in dance from the University of Michigan and an MA in Creative Writing from Michigan State University. She is a prize-winning writer of fiction, poetry, and teaches these as well as play writing. The joyful rhythm and movement of dance inspire her writing. Lynn is a member of The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
