W. Raymond Duncan

Raymond Duncan (1936) was born in Ancon, Panama Canal Zone, to American parents, grew up in California, and hitchhiked across the U.S. and Western Europe at the age of twenty. He served in the Counter Intelligence Corp, U.S. Army, Germany, and as a Scholar-in-Residence, C.I.A, Langley, Virginia. He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts-Harvard, and has taught and researched at Boston University, Stanford University and the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. A global traveler, he has written extensively on world politics and is Distinguished Teaching Professor Emeritus, State University of New York, College at Brockport.
