Getting to Know Y.O.U.

Man's desire to know himself and how seeing the authenticity of all that exists in and around you will change your life forever, dismissing opinion and judgment and consciously accepting what is.

When you look at a cactus, do you anticipate shade? When you see a pine tree, do you assume it will grow in the desert? When you look at a lion, do you expect it to meow? When you glance at strangers, what do you know about them? Are they passive? Are they active? Do they see the cup half empty? Do they like order or prefer a more disheveled existence? In getting to know others, do your clients need to be touched or prefer you stay at a distance when communicating with them? Does your child need to move in order to hear you? What if you could answer all of these questions just by looking at someone? Primordial wisdom in tandem with understanding the physical science of who we are reveals all of these answers and more, without ever having to speak. It puts stillness first, sight second, and sound third. It's a three-dimensional world. Stop, look, and listen, three simple steps for accessing Y.O.U., a once-silent language of self-discovery. This same understanding literally gave primitive man a huge advantage in terms of survival. In fact, he was so poised for success that he could recognize friend or foe upon sight. His astute connectedness to intelligence, in conjunction with the laws of nature, gave us the promise of tomorrow as a species. Unfortunately, we as a species can no longer recognize itself anymore; instead we grasp for man-made solutions to natural problems. We continuously impose our own expectations upon others, insisting that what works for one will work for the other, or better yet, subscribe to popular opinion. In a sense, we have become homogenized, condensed, dumbed down, and reduced to trying to appear intelligent in an ever-evolving ignorant world. However, it doesn't have to be that way. Getting to know Y.O.U. can change one's soul search into a self-find, resulting in self-acceptance and the ability to co-exist with various types of unique individuals who see and experience life from a completely different perspective, without judgment. Ask yourself, "Does a Cadillac Escalade require more gas and accommodate more passengers than a Honda Civic?" Now ask yourself, if the Civic and the Escalade were human, "Would they likely take each other's advice when it came to fuel efficiency, tire size, and relationship management?" Would you recommend the Civic get a trailer hitch so it could haul a thirty-foot sailboat? It's absolutely unbelievable the advice we give to one another based on what works for us and a majority of others like us. We each are as unique as our fingerprint. In fact, no two leaves in nature are alike. Understanding human nature like an arborist understands trees or an auto aficionado understands cars marks the beginning of self-mastery. Getting back to nature, revisiting man's original mode of operation, affords us the ability to communicate how one can survive naturally, thus, allowing for optimum performance and reassurance of one's purpose in life.

Just imagine primitive man standing vigil with the thick forest at his back. Poised at the water's edge, he gazes upon the vast lake before him, hypnotized by the rhythm of the waves as they break in their ebb and flow upon the shore. There is no spoken language to express his awe. The birds sing in harmony with Mother Nature's song, and the gentle breezes caress his skin. His body responds instinctively to all that nature provides in silent conversation. He listens for the subtle changes in the sounds of nature to alert him to that which may help or harm his plight of survival. In an instant, he hears the rustle of the trees and reacts to its pronounced voice. The hairs stand up on his arm, and before he can blink his eyes, intelligence urges him to flee for shelter. This silent wisdom is the same intelligence that afforded him the ability to survive for hundreds of thousands of years without a language, without a cell phone, an automobile, or a million-dollar insurance policy.
