The former governor of the Reserve Bank of India, Raghuram Rajan is the Katherine Dusak Miller Distinguished Service Professor of Finance at University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mihir S. Sharma is Senior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation and the head of its Economy and Growth Programme.
