Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Jay Liebowitz knows the stock market. He started investing when he was twelve years old, taking the money he'd made in a computer software business and buying one hundred shares of an office supply company. That stock tanked, but Jay used the experience to learn all he could about business and investing, and soon he became a successful investor.

Jay founded the Wall Street Wizard Web site in 1996 (which you can visit at www.streetwhiz.com) to share his knowledge and provide investment information specifically geared to teens. His achievements have been featured in the New York Times, New York Newsday, and the Los Angeles Daily News, as well as various television shows and numerous on-line publications. Now, only eighteen years old, Jay is an undergraduate at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
