Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thanh Truong, Vice President of Vietnam National University Hanoi, specializes in the sociology of science, technology, and innovation (STI), policy analysis, STI management, and policy. He has led numerous national and international projects, collaborating with organizations such as Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology, Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung-Germany, and the Australian Embassy. For his contributions to science and technology management education and the development of postgraduate programs in Vietnam, he received the "For the Cause of Science and Technology" medal (2017) and a Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit (2020).
Dr. Dang Kim Khanh Ly, Dean of the Faculty of Sociology of the VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities, has authored 30 papers in domestic and international scientific journals, a number of research monographs, and books on Social Works in Vietnam, Sociological Approach to Policy Analysis, and Social Mobility.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Quynh Anh is a lecturer at the Institute of Policy and Management, VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities - a key research center of Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Her research focuses on the Sociology of Science, Technology, and Innovation.
