Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Alun Davies is a Reader and Consultant Surgeon in Charing Cross Hospital and Imperial College, London who has published extensively on many aspects of vascular surgery, edited several books and offers a tertiary access service. Chris Gibbons is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon at Morriston Hospital, Swansea who has had a long-standing interest in dialysis access surgery. Both are current Members of Council of the Vascular Surgical Society of Great Britain and Ireland.
