The book focuses on the cities and urban policy systems analysed in the strategic (long-term) perspective. Due to this unique perspective, it enables the multifactorial analysis of the conditions and mechanisms of creating the urban policy system in the Visegrad Group states and Ukraine.
Kamil Glinka is an assistant professor at the Institute of Political Science of the University of Wrocław (Poland), an author and co-author of books and papers devoted to public governance, urban policy, place and political branding, a manager and contractor of several research projects, national and international ones.
