“I have tried to answer some really big questions.

“But there are other big questions I need you to help answer.”

Join Stephen Hawking as he encourages young readers to pose their own theories to some of our universe’s biggest questions. Questions like:

- How can we take care of each other?

- What is in a black hole?

- What else is out there in our universe?

With gentle prompts to spark conversations with curious minds, You And The Universe challenges young readers to think about the world around them. With answers to each question at the end of the book, this story allows children to pose their own theories about our planet and themselves.

Written by Professor Hawking's daughter, Lucy, and carefully illustrated by Xin Li, You And The Universe is inspired by Professor Hawking's 2018 Earth Day address. Reminding young scientists everywhere to look up and engage with the world around them.
