A poetic collection of heartfelt, intense dark imagery for lovers of words. Universal Perspectives from the Moon is an emotional roller coaster of love, heartbreak, feminine rage, and healing. It pulls you down into the grief you have been avoiding, to submerge you in the fire you need to rise again. Universal Perspectives from the Moon are the moments before the Phoenix burns. The preparation for the blaze. It's the midnight hours before the sun rises and sets us on fire. It's the coming undone before the initial transformation. Before we can transform, we must endure. Catastrophic suffering that pulls the arrow back. To alchemize it, we must experience the destruction and chaos. We meet the initial cause of our misery, and it resides within us before it recreates us. This collection of poems brings you to the wreckage and allows you to sit with it. Relatable words that take you through all your stages of grief. It will hand you the key to release everything you have been holding back. When the world demands that you be strong, Universal Perspectives tells you it's ok to be miserable. Not forever, but for now. And when you are ready, engulf yourself in the flames.
