Understanding the Rapture, by Alicia Martin, is a tool for both laymen and scholars who wish to study the Biblical topic of the Rapture. It quotes heavily from the Bible, encouraging readers to draw their conclusions from that primary source. Part I gives the layman an easy-to-understand overview of the topic in less than 50 pages. Parts II & III provide answers to common questions. Extensive Appendices provide the option of a deeper look into some of the topics addressed in the main text. They also answer many questions that are asked by non-Christians - including the issue of why God allows suffering. In-depth End Notes serve the scholar who appreciates detailed and technical references.

It does not matter if you are a layman, a student, a pastor, a Bible study teacher, a Christian, a Jew, a Muslim, a Hindu, an agnostic, or an atheist - if you want to learn what the Bible says about the rapture and other end time events, this is the book to read.
