National culture shapes attitudes, behaviors, and expectations in the workplace, relating to gender roles and equality. Cultural norms, traditions, and belief systems can reinforce systemic barriers or influence meaningful change. Transforming organizational behavior requires challenging stereotypes, redefining leadership and success, and promoting inclusive values at both societal and organizational levels. By aligning cultural transformation with policies and practices that support fairness and representation, workplaces can become more equitable environments for all genders. Transforming National Culture to Enhance Gender Equity in the Workplace explores how cultural norms and values influence gender roles and opportunities in the workplace. It examines the ways cultural transformation can challenge inequality and promote more equitable, inclusive work environments. This book covers topics such as socioeconomics, women entrepreneurship, and consumer psychology, and is a useful resource for policymakers, business owners, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
