It explains how to make healthy relationship choices, set proper boundaries and recognize the red flags that should alert us to avoid certain people.
Topics include:
- Toxic types and how to identify them
- Dangerous people - aggressors, sadists and psychopaths
- Understanding why others behave as they do
- Toxic families
- Toxic places, including where you work
