Cockling to spine, spreading slightly to boards. The odd slight handling mark to boards. Significant tear to rear joint of spine, about 2.5" long, partially exposing binding materials, spine and rear board. Slight rubbing and bumping to extremities, resulting in slight loss to cloth. Front free endpaper has become disbound, with chipping to perimeters. Hinges strained, with exposed binding material. Endpapers age toned with the odd spot. Internally, generally firmly bound. Fold-out map to the rear has been torn and removed. Pages bright and clean if a little age toned, particularly to perimeters of title page. The odd spot, heavier to fore edge and first and last few leaves. Good.
