She lives in Connecticut with her husband and their two cats, Nolan Nolan and Sineady Cat the Fraidy Cat.

Janet Samuel is a professional illustrator whose colorful art is featured in The Ten Commandments for Little Ones. As an illustrator of greeting cards and books, she has worked with numerous clients including The Art Group, International Greetings, Pan Macmillan, Parragon, Scholastic, Fernleigh Books, and Lion Hudson. Janet lives with her daughter in South Wales.
