Tate Britain, with its focus on British art from 1500 to the present day, is unique within the Tate family of galleries, which is otherwise devoted to international modern and contemporary art. Indeed, no other museum in the world has quite the same remit.

Designed to offer readers the impression of a walk through the gallery, Tate Britain Highlights provides an essential introduction to this extraordinary building, telling the story of its remarkable collection and presenting a selection of the works on display.

Interspersed between the individual artworks are seven special features ― focusing more closely on the work of William Blake, J.M.W. Turner, the Pre-Raphaelites, Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Francis Bacon and David Hockney.

Every purchase goes towards supporting Tate, its work and the upkeep of the collection.
