Damien has always believed that ghosts were real, and he's always been paranoid and fearful. But when his younger brother hears about a quiet manor at the edge of town, everything Damien knows begins to blur.

The brothers find themselves trapped in the manor, and they must find a way to escape before it's too late. With the manor's mysterious host and his spirits against them--every step draws them in deeper to a history that they weren't looking for.

Alex Richter is a 16-year-old from Pleasanton, Texas, who has recently completed her NaNoWriMo challenge with her novel, Tales of The Haunted Manor. This thriller story follows Damien and Danny, brothers, when they decide to explore a manor on the outskirts of their town. When she's not writing, Alex enjoys reading (especially Stephen King), playing tennis, and playing Minecraft. This is her first NaNoWriMo attempt, and she is already dreaming about writing more novels.
