Condition issues include: 4/13 - soiling to the front cover, most prominent at the upper right with a little at the lower left, a 1" closed tear at the top center of the front cover that diminishes through page 8, a ragged 2.25" half moon shaped chip at the top left of the front cover that diminishes through page10, soiling along the spine of the back cover and .25" of the top corner of the spine is cut off; 4/27 - light edge wear to the front cover; and 6/22 - nothing significant.
