Oldhaven, a small scenic island off the coast of the UK, is transformed into a nightmarish landscape by the rapid spread of a mysterious plant species. What begins as a solution for climate change soon turns into a full-blown existential horror, as the island's once-idyllic beauty is overtaken by moss, vines, and something far more sinister.

Lifelong friends Ted and Steve find themselves at the heart of the chaos, their quiet lives disrupted by the invasive flora and the bizarre, often bloody incidents that follow in its wake. As Oldhaven's residents fall under the plant's eerie spell-becoming fiercely protective of their new "guests"-Ted and Steve must navigate a world where nothing is as it seems, and no one can be trusted.

With dark Britcom humor and grotesque horror, Sowing the Seeds of Strange weaves a tale of survival in the face of unimaginable terror. As the island teeters on the brink of ruin, the two friends must confront the grim reality that Oldhaven may never be the same again-and neither will they.

Filled with gore, plant goo, and a healthy dose of cynicism, this chilling tale will leave you questioning just how deep the roots of madness can go.

Hello, my name is Thomas, but everyone calls me Moose. I have schizophrenia and autism. I've always loved writing but have never attempted a book. After the deaths of my parents and only sibling, I needed a distraction to get me through the long days, so I thought I'd write what's been in my head for a while. I wanted to get my own book printed to have on my shelf-to signify some kind of accomplishment. Having schizophrenia, it's hard to motivate myself at the best of times, so I feel like this is a real achievement for me. If anyone gets a kick out of my stuff and enjoys even five minutes of distraction, that's a huge bonus. I hope you like it. I worked hard and have never done anything like it before. If I get some good feedback, I would love to write more. I have some ideas rattling around in my dome. Look after yourselves, readers, and stay hydrated.
